At Home Session

We know the Pinehurst area is beautiful but during the winter season what better environment to capture your family's life than an in-home session. Your children are comfortable in their own home and their little personalities will shine through in the photos. It is a great way to preserve the memories of your child's room, toys, and your day to day family life. For at home sessions, we always aim to find rooms with great light! Worried about cleaning your house before the session? Don't! All I really need to capture photos at home is one or two rooms with great windows and a small decluttered area behind the photo. I can help you pick the room and help tidy up behind the photos or guide you on how to prep your house.

Weymouth Woods

In Southern Pines we are blessed with the most gorgeous forest landscape! So many of my clients list hiking and outdoor time with their families as their favorite family activity. Weymouth Woods, located near Ft. Bragg and Southern Pines is a perfect location to capture some family memories. The woods provide a great backdrop for family photos and as a bonus, there is plenty of room for your kids or pets to run and explore during the session. This is a great option for my family's stationed at Pope or Ft. Bragg looking for a family photography session closer to base.

The Weymouth Arts Center

Located near downtown Southern Pines, the gardens and fields at the Weymouth Arts Center serve as the ultimate family friendly location for photos. There is plenty of room to roam and as a bonus, the garden's gorgeous blooms boast the beauty of nature in every photo!

The Village of Pinehurst

I love our little town and photographing your family here is a delight! Our lovely town is home to many military families and it is a great idea to document your time at this duty station with a session in the Pinehurst Village. We may even stop for a delicious C Cups Cupcake during our session or pop into the Roast Office for a cup of coffee.
